These Terms govern the conditions of use and the rights and obligations of JejuLeadSoft Co., Ltd. and users of Jeju Property Alert.
1. Purpose
These Terms establish the conditions required to use the Jeju Property Alert application and related services.
2. Service Overview
- The Service may provide public Jeju listings, map information, real estate news and policies, property requests, consultation connections, and notifications.
- Features and availability may change depending on the app version, operating system, and operational circumstances.
- Submitting an inquiry or request does not itself create a brokerage, sale, or lease agreement.
3. Property Information and Verification
- Prices, area, availability, fees, zoning, building feasibility, and other conditions may change.
- Map locations may differ from exact locations to protect privacy and comply with disclosure limits.
- Before contracting, independently verify registration records, building and land records, land-use plans, and the on-site condition.
4. Accounts and Use
- Some features may be available without signing in.
- Account information may be processed when using saved items, synchronization, inquiry history, or notifications.
- Users are responsible for preventing unauthorized use of their accounts.
5. Property Inquiries and Consultation
- The area, budget, and requirements submitted by a user may be provided to the licensed agent handling the consultation.
- Advice and actual transaction conditions may vary based on the owner, counterparty, public authorities, and document verification.
- Brokerage fees and contract conditions follow applicable law and the actual brokerage agreement.
6. External Content
The Service may link to maps, articles, blogs, and third-party websites. Those services are governed by their own policies.
7. Notifications
Notifications may be delayed or omitted depending on network conditions and device settings.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting false information or unauthorized listings
- Disrupting the Service or automatically collecting information at scale
- Unauthorized copying, sale, or redistribution of listing content or data
- Misusing another person's account or personal information
9. Changes and Suspension
The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, outages, security, policy changes, or operational needs.
10. Intellectual Property
Rights in the software, screens, design, text, images, and Company-created content belong to the Company or the lawful rights holder.
11. Scope of Responsibility
- The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide a stable service and current information.
- The Company does not guarantee a transaction, price increase, profit, loan, permit, or approval.
- Nothing in these Terms improperly excludes liability imposed by applicable law.
12. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion through the app, the deletion page, or customer support email.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
