Property and inquiry information
- Saved listings, preferred areas, price ranges, and search criteria
- Preferred area, budget, transaction type, property type, and inquiry details
- Contact information voluntarily provided for consultation
Automatically generated information
- Device model, operating system, app version, and Firebase installation identifier
- Push token, notification settings, and message-read records
- App usage, errors, crashes, and performance information
3. Purposes
- User authentication and account maintenance
- Property search, saved items, inquiries, and consultation connections
- New listing, price change, and important notice notifications
- Stability analysis, error response, and feature improvement
- Fraud prevention and customer support
4. Retention
- Account and server data: until account deletion
- Inquiry and consultation history: until completion or a deletion request, unless law requires longer retention
- Push token: until logout, account deletion, token expiration, or withdrawal of consent
5. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell or disclose personal information without consent as a rule. When a user requests consultation, necessary inquiry information may be shared with the licensed agent or brokerage handling that consultation.
